Super Guy Elephant 11

The Elephant 11 - Grandrelle is a 20oz super heavyweight Japanese selvedge denim. For this iteration of the Elephant series, Naked and Famous took the fabric construction of the Elephant 5, utilizing the same super slubby warp exterior, and paired it with a twisted grandrelle yarn for the weft. The result is a denim that has the look of both a classic indigo x white denim and an indigo x black denim. Looking closely at the front face of the fabric, you’ll see white peeking through the twill lines like a classic denim would, and you’ll see portions where it appears to be solid like an indigo x black denim would. Flip up the cuff and you can show off the wavy texture inside. The Elephant 11 is rigid, and at 20oz this denim is dense and full of texture.
