Refund policy

General Terms
Eligible items (see below) may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Items being shipped for return must be shipped within this period. To initiate an exchange or return, contact us to have a return label provided at no cost.
While return shipping is on us, the original shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be billed for any shipping costs for any exchange item(s). Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping even if the original order was. If you receive a return label but your return is not postmarked within the 15 day return window, your return will be rejected. See below for more information about how ineligible returns are handled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging with the tags it came with.
Ineligible & Last Call Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including, but not limited to, personal grooming products like shaving materials and beard oils, hats, items advertised as Last Call, and gift cards.
Returns may be denied for any of the above reasons. If your item is deemed ineligible for return, we will re-ship the item to you.
Submit a Return Request
Contact the shop at info@porterhouseclothing.com with your order number to review your return. We'll provide shipping instructions and a return shipping label. International returns are responsible for their own labels - a pre-paid label cannot be provided. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please let us know you've sent an item our way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you'll receive notice of store credit issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If, for some reason, you are issued a refund to your original payment method and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
