Shipping policy

We ship to customers worldwide. Live shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be reflected at checkout, and you can select a rate that best fits your needs. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling.

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and, for worldwide orders, DHL. Once we've handed a package off to the carrier, we can't be responsible for delays in shipping time. Any questions about in-progress deliveries should be directed to the carrier via the tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your package has shipped.

Missing Shipments

If your shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but you haven't received your package, please get in touch with us so that we can coordinate with you to open an investigation with the carrier. Though rare, your cooperation in these situations is immensely helpful to ensure your package is recovered, if possible. If the investigation doesn't lead to a recovered package, we'll attempt to replace the item. If we cannot, we'll likely issue a refund. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
