A 2-piece sack suit, deeply rooted in American Ivy culture and popularized in the early 20th century by Brooks Brothers. Signature features of the jacket include unstructured shoulders, no darts, and a 3-2 roll (3 buttons, but pressed so the lapel hides the third button, making it functionally a 2-button). Patch pockets, a notch lapel, and horn buttons maintain a sense of heritage pedigree all the while. Matching slacks included.

Crispaire fabric from famed Savile Row fabric house Holland & Sherry.

Slack sizing corresponds to jacket size. Slacks are meant to be tailored to the wearer's measurements.

About Gitman Vintage

While Gitman Bros. wasn't on the books until 1978, the Gitmans had been sewing shirts and PJs on contract since 1932.

Gitman Vintage spun off in 2008, revisiting old Gitman linebooks and archives to make old new again. The results are inherently classic in style.
